Medical Leadership Coaching for Doctors
Being a doctor and a leader is both a challenge and an opportunity to make a lasting difference at scale. Drawing on my Board level medical leadership career, I can help you to stretch and grow as a leader to reach your potential, develop your capacity to take on greater levels of responsibility and complexity, be comfortable and effective in increasingly ambiguous and complex strategic and system wide roles – and to take care of yourself at the same time. We can focus on both your horizontal development as a clinical leader (the skills you need to be effective) as well as your vertical development (developing your leadership maturity, gravitas and presence), and can include an NHS Leadership Academy 360′ feedback session as one of your coaching sessions. Medical Leadership Coaching sessions are usually held monthly for a minimum of 6 sessions.
