Wellbeing at Work Coaching for Doctors
If you are struggling with your work-life balance, are concerned you may be at risk of burning out, or need some extra support to help you to cope with your current role, my wellbeing at work coaching programme for doctors will help you to take ‘radical self care’ and to feel better. I can also help you if you wish to understand the impact of a health or neurodiversity concern, manage difficult relationships at work, learn how to assert yourself more, or return to work after a period of absence. Wellbeing at Work Coaching sessions are tailored to your specific needs, and are usually 2-4 weeks apart, for a minimum of 4 sessions.
