I routinely measure the impact of my medical leadership and medical career coaching practice as part of an audit and quality improvement cycle. To ensure my clients are moving forwards to their satisfaction, I also review progress with each client during every session.
These results are based on 25 consecutive evaluations completed by senior doctors following a 4-6 session coaching programme in 2019. I use the short form Warwick Edinburgh wellbeing scale to measure the change in wellbeing. No client felt there was anything I should have done differently as part of their medical coaching programme, and 100% were satisfied their needs were met.
