Drawing on my own Board level medical and public health leadership career, I can provide you with a safe and confidential space to help you to stretch and grow, reach your potential, develop your capacity to take on greater levels of responsibility and complexity, feel confident and effective in increasingly ambiguous and complex strategic and system wide roles – and to take care of yourself at the same time.
We can focus on both your horizontal development as a leader (the behaviours and competencies you need to be effective) as well as your vertical development (your leadership maturity, gravitas and presence). To gain insight and increase your self-awareness, we can use leadership 360′ or self-assessment feedback processes.
Leadership Coaching sessions are tailored to your specific needs, and are usually held 2-4 weeks apart for a minimum of 6 sessions; many of my clients work with me for a several year period as they navigate through complex and demanding leadership challenges.
