Group Facilitation, Team Coaching, Resilience Training and Workplace Health
I am an experienced Group Facilitator and Team Coach, and work with groups of staff or organisations who wish to develop stronger team relationships and work towards values-based goals.
I am able to deliver two world leading Workplace Resilience Training programmes for small groups of staff, an 8 week ‘Mindfulness Based Cognitive Training’ and a 4 week ‘ACT in the Workplace’ training course. Both courses are 2 hours a week with home practice for participants.
I am also able to advise on how to improve the health of your staff, based on my training and experience in workplace public health.
